Preparation
Before getting started, you will meet with one of our property finders who will inquire more specifically about your individual needs and the search requirements. They will provide detailed information on the market, manage your expectations, advise on legal, financial and practical aspects, in order to help calculate the overall budget accurately including additional expenses and taxes.
During the initial phase of the process, we help you with formalities, such as setting up an NIE number (required when purchasing a property in Spain), opening a Spanish bank account, assessing mortgage options for expatriates, looking for most cost-effective ways to transfer funds from abroad to Spain, preparing a power of attorney (if the purchase has to be completed without your presence), and so on.
