Zanda and YES Valencia redefine what “full service” means. You’ll understand after I describe our story: I contacted Zanda in January 2023 because of the very positive comments I read in Facebook groups about her work. Zanda set up a home search schedule for my one-week visit in early March 2023. I asked her to pack the schedule full, and she did! We visited 14 different properties, 4 schools, 2 real estate attorneys, 2 accountants and 1 insurance broker in 5 very full days. Zanda was not only a master of the complicated logistics required to do this, but she also researched each of the properties prior to me seeing them and had even visited many herself. This allowed me to have very efficient meetings with the seller agents and owners and to ask intelligent questions. We made an offer on a property the following week and after the remodel is completed next month it will be our dream home in Valencia.

In addition to helping us find the house and negotiate for it, she connected us with the following professionals:
- An excellent builder who has done high quality work on our 6+ month remodel (we bought a 1940s piso that needed a lot of work)
- Our architect
- Our banker
- Our accountant
- Our real estate attorney

Zanda also helped with all the paperwork required of us to live here after we obtained our non-lucrative visas. I granted her power of attorney so she could deal directly with the house purchase paperwork. She also did all the work to get us our padrons from the ayuntamiento and our TIE cards from the national police. She even accompanied us to the meetings required for these. She arranged all our utilities for us. Oh, and she translated for us at the property purchase closing at the notario’s office.

I have had the privilege of working with some very positive people who are very detail oriented and can make things happen. Zanda is at the top of the list of these people. She is an excellent and proactive communicator. You will never be surprised or have to “ping” her. She thinks ahead and solves problems before they become problems. And she is tireless in making sure that everything is done correctly. She follows up on everything. I don’t think I have ever worked with anyone with the high level of project management and communications skills that Zanda exhibited while working with us.

Another thing I loved about working with YES Valencia is that they are very transparent about their fees and any relationships they have with vendors. Zanda really earned my trust.

Now that we are here in Valencia, I have run into so many people that have worked with Zanda and her sister, Linda, at YES Valencia. And everyone I have spoken with has had a very positive experience. You can add me to that list.

Ms. Svilane has written a comprehensive guide to the procedures required to renew non-lucrative visas in Valencia. I used this guide to successfully renew NLV visas for my husband and myself and can unreservedly recommend it. She addresses both the procedures and forms necessary, as well as the categories of documents required. The guide enabled me to gather the files and information needed to make successful applications and I want to express my appreciation.

I can’t recall what I paid for it. Maybe €30. Whatever it was, I consider it money very well spent.

A five-star rating cannot possibly begin to do justice to the quality of service, professionalism and personal touch delivered by YES Valencia. We contacted Linda shortly before we came to Valencia and started looking at properties right away. Thanks to Linda’s efficiency and organization (spreadsheet updated and texted daily), we found our ideal place after visiting a bunch of listings. Although we worked mainly with Linda, we occasionally dealt also with Zanda, both of whom are thoroughly lovely, knowledgeable and most definitely fun! While we felt we were fully in control to decide which place to buy, Linda’s gentle nudges and subtle hints – always in the right direction and in our favor – probably saved us from making some horrible decisions regarding locations and potential nightmares down the road (Thanks you!). To be honest, YES Valencia took care of EVERYTHING for us from day one. • Very “got your back” by vigilantly keeping an eye on things and always acting in your best interest.

I have not worked with any of them, so I can’t speak from experience, but I can say this: I have heard good things about one of them and I have heard horrible things about another. We have been amazed at just how great these folks are at what they do. Linda probably knows more than anyone in this field in Valencia. The thing that amazes me about YES is that I have done my own research on "things" in the Spanish system and so many times the only one to know the answer is Linda. She knows how the system works and how to work it. And her team of Zanda and Janis are terrific as well.

What prompted me to write today is after reading several bad reviews and then reading Linda's response. I was so furious that someone would steal their copyrighted information and then because they were caught they decided to get revenge, by writing lots of bad reviews. Amazing. It just shows you how good Yes Valencia is that someone would want to steal their model. Do not believe any review under 4 stars. And I am completely serious.

I come from many (too many) years working with the film industry, which is demanding to say the least. What Linda and her group does is what we would call "Fixers" and that's why I admire them.....they are great Fixers. Seriously 5 star!!! Or 10 if it was possible!! Linda and her team are AMAZING!! If you are considering moving to Valencia (we are moving from California with our children) you should absolutely consider working with Linda. Service level is highly professional, what I mean under this. The requested information is sent promptly and structured in such way that it is easy to read and understand. Also, business visits are held with a right business attitude. I have expected, that I would need to be more proactive to realise the project, but Linda was more active and I loved this, because when you have several projects at the same time in a foreign country. It is hard; you can prioritise, have sound time management but, cross-cultural difference and human nature can lead to procrastination. Procrastination is not okay in any case. Linda held project from the beginning till the end, reliable person, goal orientated, very charming and communicative. I saved my time; money; was able to concentrate on other company projects. I would recommend her service to companies or private people, because she does take off a stress load and it is great if you can rely on somebody like Linda. I have regretted that I have not met her one year earlier. This year would be so much easier for me with her help. Linda not only provided a service, but also she shared knowledge and advice on many things, you can use it or not, but other similar service providers charge you for that. For taking decisions I need more information and although information from the internet is helpful, but it may vary from the reality.

After all the time, paperwork and expense obtaining a residency visa via the Spanish consulate in New York, I wanted to make sure that I completed the process correctly here in Spain. I did some online research and contacted a few local services, including Moving to Valencia. From the onset I was duly impressed with Linda's reply which unlike other responses I got was specifically detailed as to my particular needs, with an exact quote tailored accordingly. As a copywriter I'm all about communication, and as a New Yorker I expect expediency - Linda delivered on both counts. I have lived in 4 countries which were not my own, the current one being Spain (Valencia). Just before moving here in April 2018, I heard about the services offered by Linda and Janis of ‘Moving to Valencia’ through a friend who came to Spain around 6 months ago; she had made very positive comments, saying how happy she was with Linda and her assistance.
