Yes Valencia has been a total life changer for us. From the moment we first met, now more than a year ago, Linda and Zanda have guided us through our complicated move to Valencia from NYC, including purchase of property and connecting us with some of the best professionals around (attorneys, notaries, bankers, etc.). Moreover they are kind, patient, professional, super smart, trustworthy -- and amazing problem solvers. They are expert property finders, who know the ropes and know Valencia inside out. It's a true pleasure to recommend them!!

It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood. A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.

Lastly, any relocation can be stressful- especially an international move to a new city. YES Valencia made this process so much easier. Linda and Zanda are the utmost professionals who are also incredibly patient and caring. I'm so impressed with their attention to detail and excellent client service. It is difficult to find words to express how grateful we are to YES Valencia, to Zanda and Linda. First, they communicated with us for an entire year before our move to Spain. When we arrived, they guided us through every single step to make sure our transition was smooth, and when it got rocky, which it is bound to do, they stepped in with their amazing, problem-solving skills, professionalism, quick thinking, and calming and delightful personalities to smooth the road. The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.

Yes Valencia is a very strong company with great services, but I want to write about a very specific service.

Ms. Svilane has written a comprehensive guide to the procedures required to renew non-lucrative visas in Valencia. I used this guide to successfully renew NLV visas for my husband and myself and can unreservedly recommend it. She addresses both the procedures and forms necessary, as well as the categories of documents required. The guide enabled me to gather the files and information needed to make successful applications and I want to express my appreciation.

I can’t recall what I paid for it. Maybe €30. Whatever it was, I consider it money very well spent.

I cannot thank Zanda and Linda enough for their help finding our home in Valencia. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of local housing market, they also took the time to get to know us and fully understand our needs and priorities. They were also candid with their opinions and closely observed our reactions the first few properties we saw. Because of this, they were able to quickly find the perfect home for us, one that had never been on our radar despite the weeks we spent “shopping” on the real estate sites. Then they guided us through each step of the purchase process, resulting in a clean closing ahead of schedule.
