Working with Yes Valencia during our transition to Spain is a decision that I have appreciated more & more as time has passes. Zanda & Linda know the system so well and have done all of our thinking & preparing for us. We have been free to focus on experiencing Valencia knowing that they have every important detail covered. Yes Valencia is a very strong company with great services, but I want to write about a very specific service.

Ms. Svilane has written a comprehensive guide to the procedures required to renew non-lucrative visas in Valencia. I used this guide to successfully renew NLV visas for my husband and myself and can unreservedly recommend it. She addresses both the procedures and forms necessary, as well as the categories of documents required. The guide enabled me to gather the files and information needed to make successful applications and I want to express my appreciation.

I can’t recall what I paid for it. Maybe €30. Whatever it was, I consider it money very well spent.

I cannot thank Zanda and Linda enough for their help finding our home in Valencia. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of local housing market, they also took the time to get to know us and fully understand our needs and priorities. They were also candid with their opinions and closely observed our reactions the first few properties we saw.
