YES Valencia

It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood. I will forever be grateful for all they have done for my family. You cannot go wrong having Linda and Zanda assist you in your move to Valencia.

Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. How do you even begin to say thank you. We moved to Valencia in November last year and Linda, Janis and Zanda have made our transition seamless or at least seamless. From my first Skype call with Linda, she had a way to make me feel at ease about our move. We have had a few problems in finding the right house but without their help I would have been a crying heap on the floor. They assisted us in finding a school for our son, arranged for bank accounts and utilities and drove us around house hunting always with a smile on their faces. When you meet another expat from the USA in Valencia about three sentences into the conversation this frequently gets said, “You used Yes Valencia? I did too. I love them! They’re the best!” I have never heard anything other than rave reviews about them from the six or more people I’ve met that engaged them to assist with their Valencia moves. In my experience Yes Valencia are consummate professionals and are:
• Very very very good at what they do.
• Very organized and structured in the way they do it.
• Very flexible if and when your plans or situation change. I had a major change of plans after arriving and they rolled with it, no problem.
• Very aware of the current status of things regarding the pandemic, government regulations and procedures, the housing market, etc.
• Very up front about the costs. After an initial interview/conversation, they gave me an estimate. I gave them a deposit and then paid the balance when all services were complete, and I was happily squared away. They adjusted the cost down due to my change of plans.
• Very transparent as to how they work with you and the various entities they engage on your behalf.
• Very “got your back” by vigilantly keeping an eye on things and always acting in your best interest.
There are other people/organizations that provide similar services here in Valencia. I have not worked with any of them, so I can’t speak from experience, but I can say this: I have heard good things about one of them and I have heard horrible things about another. This I do know: You cannot go wrong with Yes Valencia. I would suggest you do not wait until the last minute to contact them. It’s likely you will need to engage them and get your move on their calendar well in advance of needing their services. Though they have remained busy through most of the pandemic (I was planning to arrive May 1st. I thought I was going to have to start over post-pandemic, but with their help and encouragement I got here in September.), I would imagine that demand for their services is going to go up as things return to normal.

These guys are the best ! We stumbled upon their services while trying to navigate our move to Spain...and they took care of the entire process and guided us along the way. I have lived in 4 countries which were not my own, the current one being Spain (Valencia). Just before moving here in April 2018, I heard about the services offered by Linda and Janis of ‘Moving to Valencia’ through a friend who came to Spain around 6 months ago; she had made very positive comments, saying how happy she was with Linda and her assistance.
