YES Valencia

From our first Zoom meeting while still in the USA and through all our subsequent meetings with Zanda and Linda here in Valencia, the experience was extremely pleasant, professional, and actually fun. All our questions were answered promptly and we were either personally accompanied to or pointed in the right direction for everything - including our banking needs, dealing with local bureaucracy, internet & phone service, apartment leasing, etc. Our experiences getting our 'padrons' and TIEs were quick, smooth and simple because of their expertise. YES Valencia let us feel confident every step of the way - and allowed us to begin enjoying our new lives in Spain immediately. We highly recommend their services.

Zanda and Linda have been amazing so far as we prepare for our move to Valencia. From finding schools to housing to visa information, they have been amazingly thorough, kind, and encouraging, and have gone above and beyond anything we expected.

Linda not only finds excellent properties in the Valencia area, she also is an expert with Spanish immigration policies and issues within the Valencia province. She was instrumental in resolving our residencia renewal applications. Her assistance was outstanding in Spanish bureaucracy and language barriers.

It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood. I will forever be grateful for all they have done for my family. You cannot go wrong having Linda and Zanda assist you in your move to Valencia.

After all the time, paperwork and expense obtaining a residency visa via the Spanish consulate in New York, I wanted to make sure that I completed the process correctly here in Spain. I did some online research and contacted a few local services, including Moving to Valencia. From the onset I was duly impressed with Linda's reply which unlike other responses I got was specifically detailed as to my particular needs, with an exact quote tailored accordingly. As a copywriter I'm all about communication, and as a New Yorker I expect expediency - Linda delivered on both counts. What's more, she had a friendly, reassuring tone that was most welcomed as a newbie in a new country. She set up the necessary appointments in an accommodating manner and took care of all the requisite paperwork so that everything went as smoothly as can be. What's more, meeting Linda in person proved a genuine pleasure. Having now received my residency card I can confidently say that "Moving to Valencia" indeed made my settling into this wonderful city all the more easy and enjoyable. I definitely plan to call on their services again when it's time to renew my residency. Highly recommended!

Linda and Janus took care of our move from the US - soup to nuts. They made it easy and their advice was invaluable. I would never recommend anyone attempt to do it on their own. Moving to Valencia’s service is entirely professional and their rates are reasonable. Call them the first day you even think of moving here. Or if you are already in Valencia and need help w renting an apartment, speaking to immigration for a visa renewal or the town hall, call them.

The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.
We could not have wished for better service and support, 10/10.

Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. I feel bad telling them how easy it was for us.

Linda and Zanda are absolutely wonderful. Working with them was by far the best decision we made with regards to our move. Finding and signing flat rental and phone contracts, bank agreements, picking phone plans, sorting out our NIE cards, registering with the empadronamiento... all in rapid fire Castillian... would have been nuts without them. We would have had no idea what we were actually agreeing to. They were our advocates and made everything so easy. We really appreciated how reliable and responsive they were, too. It feels great to be settled here. The only sad part about this is that we aren't hanging out with them anymore!
