My husband and I recently purchased a home in Sagunto, Valencia, and we cannot recommend YES Valencia highly enough! Linda and Zanda were absolutely exceptional from start to finish. They didn’t just help us buy a house—they guided us through every step of the process with professionalism, care, and incredible attention to detail. They vetted properties and helped us identify major red flags at homes we were considering, saving us from costly mistakes. They scheduled viewings, reviewed all contractual documents, assisted with making a competitive offer, and acted as our trusted agents during negotiations. But their support didn’t stop there. They handled inspections, coordinated with notaries, guided us through power of attorney, property registration, and taxes, and even helped us identify a trusted banker and set appointments to open our account. A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.

Yes Valencia assisted us with every aspect of the search, offer, closing, and with many other things like helping get are NIE numbers, set up with utilities and recommendations on internet and phone providers. They were a pleasure to work with and they made everything so easy! We found a place in just a few weeks, and the closed a few months later! We couldn't be happier with them! It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands.
