YES Valencia

The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.
We could not have wished for better service and support, 10/10.

We wanted to find a good landlord and also to make sure the bureaucratic Spanish immigration system didn’t overwhelm us. Our experience with Linda and her team was top notch. Their experience in both of these areas was incredibly comforting. They steered us in the right direction at every turn, and I couldn’t recommend them more. We ended up in an apartment that exceeded our expectations, and secured our residency in a shorter time than we originally thought, principally because Linda came to all the appointments and made sure we brought every single document that was required. Experience really does matter, and our money was very well spent.

Working with Yes Valencia during our transition to Spain is a decision that I have appreciated more & more as time has passes. Zanda & Linda know the system so well and have done all of our thinking & preparing for us. We have been free to focus on experiencing Valencia knowing that they have every important detail covered. Being from the U.S. we didn’t understand the Real Estate purchase process in Valencia at all, not to mention it was all in a language we didn’t speak. We whole heartedly trusted Zanda & Linda to make sure every “i" was dotted & every "t" was crossed & they did! We absolutely love our new home in Valencia!!

Linda and Janus took care of our move from the US - soup to nuts. They made it easy and their advice was invaluable. I would never recommend anyone attempt to do it on their own. Moving to Valencia’s service is entirely professional and their rates are reasonable. Call them the first day you even think of moving here. Or if you are already in Valencia and need help w renting an apartment, speaking to immigration for a visa renewal or the town hall, call them.

I recently bought a property in Valencia and couldn’t be happier – both with the apartment itself and with the outstanding support I received from Linda and Zanda.

Beyond their strong market knowledge and experience, what stood out to me most was how personally invested they were in helping me find the right place. If you are considering moving to Valencia (we are moving from California with our children) you should absolutely consider working with Linda. She saved us so much time and energy and was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our move. Best money spent in a long time. What we accomplished in 2 days together would have taken me 2 months on our own. She was so helpful finding a place to live, schools for our children, really everything we needed help with. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, helpful, and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. I feel bad telling them how easy it was for us.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas.
