YES Valencia

It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood. I will forever be grateful for all they have done for my family. You cannot go wrong having Linda and Zanda assist you in your move to Valencia.

Yes Valencia has been a total life changer for us. From the moment we first met, now more than a year ago, Linda and Zanda have guided us through our complicated move to Valencia from NYC, including purchase of property and connecting us with some of the best professionals around (attorneys, notaries, bankers, etc.). Moreover they are kind, patient, professional, super smart, trustworthy -- and amazing problem solvers. They are expert property finders, who know the ropes and know Valencia inside out. From our first Zoom meeting while still in the USA and through all our subsequent meetings with Zanda and Linda here in Valencia, the experience was extremely pleasant, professional, and actually fun. All our questions were answered promptly and we were either personally accompanied to or pointed in the right direction for everything - including our banking needs, dealing with local bureaucracy, internet & phone service, apartment leasing, etc. Our experiences getting our 'padrons' and TIEs were quick, smooth and simple because of their expertise. YES Valencia let us feel confident every step of the way - and allowed us to begin enjoying our new lives in Spain immediately. We highly recommend their services.

Seriously 5 star!!! Or 10 if it was possible!! Linda and her team are AMAZING!! If you are considering moving to Valencia (we are moving from California with our children) you should absolutely consider working with Linda. She saved us so much time and energy and was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our move. Best money spent in a long time. What we accomplished in 2 days together would have taken me 2 months on our own. She was so helpful finding a place to live, schools for our children, really everything we needed help with. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, helpful, and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It is difficult to find words to express how grateful we are to YES Valencia, to Zanda and Linda. First, they communicated with us for an entire year before our move to Spain. When we arrived, they guided us through every single step to make sure our transition was smooth, and when it got rocky, which it is bound to do, they stepped in with their amazing, problem-solving skills, professionalism, quick thinking, and calming and delightful personalities to smooth the road. I unequivocally give Yes Valencia my highest recommendation. I wish I could give them 100 stars, five is just too little.

Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. I feel bad telling them how easy it was for us.

Linda not only finds excellent properties in the Valencia area, she also is an expert with Spanish immigration policies and issues within the Valencia province. She was instrumental in resolving our residencia renewal applications. Her assistance was outstanding in Spanish bureaucracy and language barriers.
