We recently had the pleasure of working with Linda and the entire team at YES Valencia, and I have to say that our experience was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, Linda was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making our relocation as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Right from our initial consultation, we felt like we were in good hands. Linda took the time to really understand our unique needs and preferences, and provided me with a range of options that were tailored to our specific requirements. We needed help with VISA's, finding a residence, schools, and logistics such as bank accounts and phones, and throughout the entire process, Linda was always available to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and kept us up-to-date on all the latest developments.

One thing that really stood out to me was the level of attention to detail that Linda brought to the job. From organizing the logistics of the move to handling all the necessary paperwork, every aspect of the process was handled with precision and care. Linda went above and beyond to ensure that everything was done correctly and to the highest standards, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

When you meet another expat from the USA in Valencia about three sentences into the conversation this frequently gets said, “You used Yes Valencia? I did too. I love them! They’re the best!” I have never heard anything other than rave reviews about them from the six or more people I’ve met that engaged them to assist with their Valencia moves. In my experience Yes Valencia are consummate professionals and are:
• Very very very good at what they do.
• Very organized and structured in the way they do it.
• Very flexible if and when your plans or situation change. I had a major change of plans after arriving and they rolled with it, no problem.
• Very aware of the current status of things regarding the pandemic, government regulations and procedures, the housing market, etc.
• Very up front about the costs. After an initial interview/conversation, they gave me an estimate. I gave them a deposit and then paid the balance when all services were complete, and I was happily squared away. They adjusted the cost down due to my change of plans.
• Very transparent as to how they work with you and the various entities they engage on your behalf.
• Very “got your back” by vigilantly keeping an eye on things and always acting in your best interest.
There are other people/organizations that provide similar services here in Valencia. I have not worked with any of them, so I can’t speak from experience, but I can say this: I have heard good things about one of them and I have heard horrible things about another. This I do know: You cannot go wrong with Yes Valencia. I would suggest you do not wait until the last minute to contact them. It’s likely you will need to engage them and get your move on their calendar well in advance of needing their services. Though they have remained busy through most of the pandemic (I was planning to arrive May 1st. I thought I was going to have to start over post-pandemic, but with their help and encouragement I got here in September.), I would imagine that demand for their services is going to go up as things return to normal.

We relocated our family from Canada to Valencia in July 2022. When starting to plan for our move 6 - 8 months ago, we did not know where to start and knew we needed some help.

Working with the YES Valencia team - Linda, Zanda and Janis was the best decision we could have made. Our relocation would not have been possible without their amazing support.

Linda and Zanda spent time with us, touring Valencia, exploring school options, neighbourhoods, finding housing, parking, local activities, options for cars, supporting the visa application process, obtaining the appropriate documentation on arrival - TIE, SIP, town hall appointments, introducing us to other expats in Valencia. We felt so well supported and had the most wonderful and easy transition to life in Valencia with our 2 young kids!

Seriously 5 star!!! Or 10 if it was possible!! Linda and her team are AMAZING!! If you are considering moving to Valencia (we are moving from California with our children) you should absolutely consider working with Linda. She saved us so much time and energy and was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our move. Best money spent in a long time. What we accomplished in 2 days together would have taken me 2 months on our own. She was so helpful finding a place to live, schools for our children, really everything we needed help with. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, helpful, and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Linda and Janis are super friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy relocation specialists, who go out of their way to solve your problems, especially if you are not fluent in Spanish. We have saved so much time and headaches during our move by hiring them for organising things like NIE, empadronamiento, bank accounts, internet and other paperwork, we cannot recommend them enough. Money well spent.

Linda and Zanda are absolutely wonderful. Working with them was by far the best decision we made with regards to our move. Finding and signing flat rental and phone contracts, bank agreements, picking phone plans, sorting out our NIE cards, registering with the empadronamiento... all in rapid fire Castillian... would have been nuts without them. We would have had no idea what we were actually agreeing to. They were our advocates and made everything so easy. We really appreciated how reliable and responsive they were, too. It feels great to be settled here. The only sad part about this is that we aren't hanging out with them anymore!

The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.
