Yes Valencia guided us through from start to finish the process of finding, purchasing, setting up and all
the details in between needed for home buying in Valencia. I highly recommend Zanda and Linda if you are about to embark on a home search in Valencia. Ms. Svilane has written a comprehensive guide to the procedures required to renew non-lucrative visas in Valencia. I used this guide to successfully renew NLV visas for my husband and myself and can unreservedly recommend it. She addresses both the procedures and forms necessary, as well as the categories of documents required. The guide enabled me to gather the files and information needed to make successful applications and I want to express my appreciation.

I can’t recall what I paid for it. Maybe €30. Whatever it was, I consider it money very well spent.

We relocated to Valencia from the US in September. This would not have been possible without the help of the amazing Linda & Zanda at YES Valencia.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.
