YES Valencia

Yes Valencia has been a total life changer for us. From the moment we first met, now more than a year ago, Linda and Zanda have guided us through our complicated move to Valencia from NYC, including purchase of property and connecting us with some of the best professionals around (attorneys, notaries, bankers, etc.). Moreover they are kind, patient, professional, super smart, trustworthy -- and amazing problem solvers. They are expert property finders, who know the ropes and know Valencia inside out. It's a true pleasure to recommend them!!

How do you even begin to say thank you. We moved to Valencia in November last year and Linda, Janis and Zanda have made our transition seamless or at least seamless. From my first Skype call with Linda, she had a way to make me feel at ease about our move. We have had a few problems in finding the right house but without their help I would have been a crying heap on the floor. They assisted us in finding a school for our son, arranged for bank accounts and utilities and drove us around house hunting always with a smile on their faces. Linda not only finds excellent properties in the Valencia area, she also is an expert with Spanish immigration policies and issues within the Valencia province. She was instrumental in resolving our residencia renewal applications. Her assistance was outstanding in Spanish bureaucracy and language barriers.

Linda and Zanda are absolutely wonderful. Working with them was by far the best decision we made with regards to our move. Finding and signing flat rental and phone contracts, bank agreements, picking phone plans, sorting out our NIE cards, registering with the empadronamiento... all in rapid fire Castillian... would have been nuts without them. We would have had no idea what we were actually agreeing to. They were our advocates and made everything so easy. We really appreciated how reliable and responsive they were, too. It feels great to be settled here. The only sad part about this is that we aren't hanging out with them anymore!

Linda and Janis are super friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy relocation specialists, who go out of their way to solve your problems, especially if you are not fluent in Spanish. We have saved so much time and headaches during our move by hiring them for organising things like NIE, empadronamiento, bank accounts, internet and other paperwork, we cannot recommend them enough. Money well spent.

From our first Zoom meeting while still in the USA and through all our subsequent meetings with Zanda and Linda here in Valencia, the experience was extremely pleasant, professional, and actually fun. All our questions were answered promptly and we were either personally accompanied to or pointed in the right direction for everything - including our banking needs, dealing with local bureaucracy, internet & phone service, apartment leasing, etc. Our experiences getting our 'padrons' and TIEs were quick, smooth and simple because of their expertise.
