YES Valencia

We relocated to Valencia from the US in September. This would not have been possible without the help of the amazing Linda & Zanda at YES Valencia.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.

Lastly, any relocation can be stressful- especially an international move to a new city. YES Valencia made this process so much easier. Linda and Zanda are the utmost professionals who are also incredibly patient and caring. I'm so impressed with their attention to detail and excellent client service. We moved from the United States to Valencia this summer and couldn't have done it without YES Valencia. It's already stressful moving between countries, especially when you don't know the local language. But YES Valencia made it seem like such a smooth transition and we are so unbelievably grateful to them for everything they did for us.

Linda helped guide us along the way from day one. She was an invaluable resource for everything related to the visa process through to arriving here and getting us settled. Before we even got on a plane, Linda helped us communicate with past clients of hers so that we could ask many questions. She even helped organize a large van to pick us up from the airport in Valencia- all five of us, and 10 pieces of luggage!

Once we were in Valencia, Linda came with us to all our appointments, translating and guiding us with everything from setting up our bank accounts, finding an apartment to rent, leasing a car, finding and registering our children at school, and opening up our mobile phone accounts. Linda and Zanda are very knowledgable on the real estate market here and were instrumental in finding us a great place to call home. Linda, Zanda, and Janis have become wonderful friends. They have also introduced us to a community of international people who are helping us find our way in this new, exciting, and amazing city. It goes without saying that we could have never pulled this off without YES Valencia.

My partner and I cannot recommend the services of YES Valencia enough if you are interested in purchasing property in Valencia. Zanda and Linda are deeply knowledgeable of the real estate market in Valencia, and we felt supported and well-informed throughout the entire buying process. She was instrumental in resolving our residencia renewal applications. Her assistance was outstanding in Spanish bureaucracy and language barriers.

Linda has been an absolute delight in all our communications together since my family and I made the move to Valencia. She goes above and beyond to help and when you make a big move such as this, you need someone like her in your corner to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. Seriously 5 star!!! Or 10 if it was possible!! Linda and her team are AMAZING!! If you are considering moving to Valencia (we are moving from California with our children) you should absolutely consider working with Linda. She saved us so much time and energy and was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our move. Best money spent in a long time. What we accomplished in 2 days together would have taken me 2 months on our own. She was so helpful finding a place to live, schools for our children, really everything we needed help with. The team is incredibly responsive, professional, knowledgeable, energetic, helpful, and friendly. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
