The whole team at YES Valencia - Linda, Zanda, and Janis, are amazing! They helped us find the perfect apartment much faster than we expected. They also handled utility setups, contracts, city hall registration and visa processing quickly and with ease. Their translation skills, knowledge of Valencia, and understanding of everything we would need took loads of stress out of what is inherently a stressful process. Hiring YES Valencia was a fantastic choice for us.

Linda has been an absolute delight in all our communications together since my family and I made the move to Valencia. The team from Yes Valencia was incredibly helpful in helping us find our dream house just outside of Valencia. While still living outside of Spain, we had our initial chat with Žanete over Zoom. She built a profile based on a combination of what we said were looking for as well as a lot of pointed questions that we had not even thought of.

We moved to Valencia with a plan... that we eventually threw out and readapted multiple times and the Yes Valencia team supported us the whole way. Since finding the right house took longer (and waaay more house viewings) than we initially anticipated, they stepped up and helped us find a rental, negotiate the rental conditions, they helped with paperwork and answered close to a million questions not just about real estate but relocation to Valencia in general.

When we finally found the house, they helped us secure the mortgage and find a lawyer to ensure that all the house documents were in order. Even now as we're enjoying our new house, they still keep helping us out with contacts for electricians/ handymen/ construction workers etc.

It is difficult to find words to express how grateful we are to YES Valencia, to Zanda and Linda. First, they communicated with us for an entire year before our move to Spain. When we arrived, they guided us through every single step to make sure our transition was smooth, and when it got rocky, which it is bound to do, they stepped in with their amazing, problem-solving skills, professionalism, quick thinking, and calming and delightful personalities to smooth the road. I unequivocally give Yes Valencia my highest recommendation. I wish I could give them 100 stars, five is just too little.

After all the time, paperwork and expense obtaining a residency visa via the Spanish consulate in New York, I wanted to make sure that I completed the process correctly here in Spain. I did some online research and contacted a few local services, including Moving to Valencia. From the onset I was duly impressed with Linda's reply which unlike other responses I got was specifically detailed as to my particular needs, with an exact quote tailored accordingly. As a copywriter I'm all about communication, and as a New Yorker I expect expediency - Linda delivered on both counts. Linda and Janis of Moving to Valencia both helped on several occasions with my move to Valencia. Due to a rather unique situation it was not easy, but Linda found a way to make it work.
