My partner and I cannot recommend the services of YES Valencia enough if you are interested in purchasing property in Valencia. Zanda and Linda are deeply knowledgeable of the real estate market in Valencia, and we felt supported and well-informed throughout the entire buying process. We appreciated the YES Valencia team's attention to detail, input, and advice as we searched for our home in Valencia. We could not have found our perfect place without their help.

We relocated to Valencia from the US in September. This would not have been possible without the help of the amazing Linda & Zanda at YES Valencia.

A year prior to our move, Linda arranged a very comprehensive tour of Valencia's neighborhoods and surrounding areas. Linda and Zanda took time to really get to know us and our needs for housing / location. They showed us multiple properties during our second visit and then again we finally moved. In many ways they knew what we needed in Valencia better than we did. Because of their incredible efforts we are living in a neighborhood we love and in a flat that exceeds our expectations.

Linda and Zanda also went above and beyond to provide information for the Visa process, provided contacts for health insurance, tax planning, banking, and introduced us to a network of other expats.

Lastly, any relocation can be stressful- especially an international move to a new city. YES Valencia made this process so much easier. Linda and Zanda are the utmost professionals who are also incredibly patient and caring. I'm so impressed with their attention to detail and excellent client service. I highly recommend YES Valencia for anyone considering Valencia as their new home.

Yes Valencia assisted us with every aspect of the search, offer, closing, and with many other things like helping get are NIE numbers, set up with utilities and recommendations on internet and phone providers. They were a pleasure to work with and they made everything so easy! We found a place in just a few weeks, and the closed a few months later! We couldn't be happier with them! As non-Spanish citizens buying property in Spain, I would highly recommend using Yes Valencia!!

Linda and her team were fundamental for my successful move to Valencia. They helped me in all aspects, showing also the best way to overcome all the challenges we met. It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood.
