Yes Valencia is a very strong company with great services, but I want to write about a very specific service.

Ms. Svilane has written a comprehensive guide to the procedures required to renew non-lucrative visas in Valencia. I used this guide to successfully renew NLV visas for my husband and myself and can unreservedly recommend it. She addresses both the procedures and forms necessary, as well as the categories of documents required. The guide enabled me to gather the files and information needed to make successful applications and I want to express my appreciation.

I can’t recall what I paid for it. Maybe €30. Whatever it was, I consider it money very well spent.

Yes Valencia guided us through from start to finish the process of finding, purchasing, setting up and all
the details in between needed for home buying in Valencia. I highly recommend Zanda and Linda if you are about to embark on a home search in Valencia. Yes Valencia assisted us with every aspect of the search, offer, closing, and with many other things like helping get are NIE numbers, set up with utilities and recommendations on internet and phone providers. They were a pleasure to work with and they made everything so easy! We found a place in just a few weeks, and the closed a few months later! We couldn't be happier with them!
