Linda and her team were fundamental for my successful move to Valencia. They helped me in all aspects, showing also the best way to overcome all the challenges we met. We moved just 3 months ago (with a 4 months old baby!!!) but we are still in honeymoon with this new life, I'm sure that Linda's contribution to this smooth beginning played a critical role. Working with Moving To Valencia made our move from the US a breeze. Absolutely the best decision!!! I cannot recommend Linda and Zanda enough. They are just really great people. They helped us with apartment viewings, signing the lease, getting bank accounts set up and finalizing our residency cards. They made the process so easy and stress free. I cannot imagine having done everything with out them. I have spoken with several other expats since our move that did the process on their own and they all say how hard it was. I feel bad telling them how easy it was for us.

Linda and Zanda are absolutely wonderful. Working with them was by far the best decision we made with regards to our move. Finding and signing flat rental and phone contracts, bank agreements, picking phone plans, sorting out our NIE cards, registering with the empadronamiento... all in rapid fire Castillian... would have been nuts without them. We would have had no idea what we were actually agreeing to. They were our advocates and made everything so easy. We really appreciated how reliable and responsive they were, too. It feels great to be settled here. The only sad part about this is that we aren't hanging out with them anymore!

Linda and Janus took care of our move from the US - soup to nuts. They made it easy and their advice was invaluable. I would never recommend anyone attempt to do it on their own. Moving to Valencia’s service is entirely professional and their rates are reasonable. Call them the first day you even think of moving here. Or if you are already in Valencia and need help w renting an apartment, speaking to immigration for a visa renewal or the town hall, call them.

The whole team at YES Valencia - Linda, Zanda, and Janis, are amazing! They helped us find the perfect apartment much faster than we expected. They also handled utility setups, contracts, city hall registration and visa processing quickly and with ease. Their translation skills, knowledge of Valencia, and understanding of everything we would need took loads of stress out of what is inherently a stressful process. Hiring YES Valencia was a fantastic choice for us.

Yes Valencia has been a total life changer for us. From the moment we first met, now more than a year ago, Linda and Zanda have guided us through our complicated move to Valencia from NYC, including purchase of property and connecting us with some of the best professionals around (attorneys, notaries, bankers, etc.). Moreover they are kind, patient, professional, super smart, trustworthy -- and amazing problem solvers. They are expert property finders, who know the ropes and know Valencia inside out. When you meet another expat from the USA in Valencia about three sentences into the conversation this frequently gets said, “You used Yes Valencia? I did too. I love them! They’re the best!” I have never heard anything other than rave reviews about them from the six or more people I’ve met that engaged them to assist with their Valencia moves. In my experience Yes Valencia are consummate professionals and are:
• Very very very good at what they do.
• Very organized and structured in the way they do it.
• Very flexible if and when your plans or situation change. I had a major change of plans after arriving and they rolled with it, no problem.
• Very aware of the current status of things regarding the pandemic, government regulations and procedures, the housing market, etc.
• Very up front about the costs. After an initial interview/conversation, they gave me an estimate. I gave them a deposit and then paid the balance when all services were complete, and I was happily squared away. They adjusted the cost down due to my change of plans.
• Very transparent as to how they work with you and the various entities they engage on your behalf.
• Very “got your back” by vigilantly keeping an eye on things and always acting in your best interest.
There are other people/organizations that provide similar services here in Valencia. I have not worked with any of them, so I can’t speak from experience, but I can say this: I have heard good things about one of them and I have heard horrible things about another. This I do know: You cannot go wrong with Yes Valencia. I would suggest you do not wait until the last minute to contact them. It’s likely you will need to engage them and get your move on their calendar well in advance of needing their services. Though they have remained busy through most of the pandemic (I was planning to arrive May 1st. I thought I was going to have to start over post-pandemic, but with their help and encouragement I got here in September.), I would imagine that demand for their services is going to go up as things return to normal.

It is hard to know how to adequately sing the praise for Yes Valencia. They constantly went above and beyond the call of duty. From our initial contact, we knew that we had placed ourselves in the right hands. At no time did we feel that our best interests were not the driving force of the process of the relocation to Valencia. Linda and Zanda were always transparent about what to expect and were able to steer us to find what we actually wanted. Even after the purchase of our apartment, they continued to be helpful with helping to address any problems we have encountered. They were always organized and prepared. I don't know how we could have accomplished moving here in such a painless fashion without them. They have even been helpful meeting other expats in our neighborhood. I will forever be grateful for all they have done for my family. You cannot go wrong having Linda and Zanda assist you in your move to Valencia.

Having my own relocation business here in Valencia technically we should be rivals however the truth is far from it! At YES Valencia they always put the client first and provide an excellent service which I have witness first hand on several occasions. The team are professional, tenacious and what i like most, they also like to have a good time.
