YES Valencia

Yes Valencia has been a total life changer for us. From the moment we first met, now more than a year ago, Linda and Zanda have guided us through our complicated move to Valencia from NYC, including purchase of property and connecting us with some of the best professionals around (attorneys, notaries, bankers, etc.). Moreover they are kind, patient, professional, super smart, trustworthy -- and amazing problem solvers. They are expert property finders, who know the ropes and know Valencia inside out. It's a true pleasure to recommend them!!

When you meet another expat from the USA in Valencia about three sentences into the conversation this frequently gets said, “You used Yes Valencia? I did too. I love them! They’re the best!” I have never heard anything other than rave reviews about them from the six or more people I’ve met that engaged them to assist with their Valencia moves. In my experience Yes Valencia are consummate professionals and are:
• Very very very good at what they do.
• Very organized and structured in the way they do it.
• Very flexible if and when your plans or situation change. I had a major change of plans after arriving and they rolled with it, no problem.
• Very aware of the current status of things regarding the pandemic, government regulations and procedures, the housing market, etc.
• Very up front about the costs. After an initial interview/conversation, they gave me an estimate. I gave them a deposit and then paid the balance when all services were complete, and I was happily squared away. They adjusted the cost down due to my change of plans.
• Very transparent as to how they work with you and the various entities they engage on your behalf.
• Very “got your back” by vigilantly keeping an eye on things and always acting in your best interest.
There are other people/organizations that provide similar services here in Valencia. I have not worked with any of them, so I can’t speak from experience, but I can say this: I have heard good things about one of them and I have heard horrible things about another. This I do know: You cannot go wrong with Yes Valencia. I would suggest you do not wait until the last minute to contact them. It’s likely you will need to engage them and get your move on their calendar well in advance of needing their services. Though they have remained busy through most of the pandemic (I was planning to arrive May 1st. I thought I was going to have to start over post-pandemic, but with their help and encouragement I got here in September.), I would imagine that demand for their services is going to go up as things return to normal.

From our first Zoom meeting while still in the USA and through all our subsequent meetings with Zanda and Linda here in Valencia, the experience was extremely pleasant, professional, and actually fun. All our questions were answered promptly and we were either personally accompanied to or pointed in the right direction for everything - including our banking needs, dealing with local bureaucracy, internet & phone service, apartment leasing, etc. Our experiences getting our 'padrons' and TIEs were quick, smooth and simple because of their expertise. YES Valencia let us feel confident every step of the way - and allowed us to begin enjoying our new lives in Spain immediately. We highly recommend their services.

Zanda and Linda have been amazing so far as we prepare for our move to Valencia. From finding schools to housing to visa information, they have been amazingly thorough, kind, and encouraging, and have gone above and beyond anything we expected.

Linda and her team were fundamental for my successful move to Valencia. They helped me in all aspects, showing also the best way to overcome all the challenges we met. We moved just 3 months ago (with a 4 months old baby!!!) but we are still in honeymoon with this new life, I'm sure that Linda's contribution to this smooth beginning played a critical role. If you plan to move to Valencia these is a team you can trust, always kind and available.

We have been amazed at just how great these folks are at what they do. Linda probably knows more than anyone in this field in Valencia. The thing that amazes me about YES is that I have done my own research on "things" in the Spanish system and so many times the only one to know the answer is Linda. She knows how the system works and how to work it. And her team of Zanda and Janis are terrific as well.

What prompted me to write today is after reading several bad reviews and then reading Linda's response. I was so furious that someone would steal their copyrighted information and then because they were caught they decided to get revenge, by writing lots of bad reviews. Amazing. It just shows you how good Yes Valencia is that someone would want to steal their model. Do not believe any review under 4 stars. And I am completely serious.

I come from many (too many) years working with the film industry, which is demanding to say the least. What Linda and her group does is what we would call "Fixers" and that's why I admire them.....they are great Fixers. They are completely professional, competent, responsive and most of all get the job done. I can recommend them at a 10 rating and would not consider hiring anyone else. Give them a go, you won't be sorry. .

Having my own relocation business here in Valencia technically we should be rivals however the truth is far from it! At YES Valencia they always put the client first and provide an excellent service which I have witness first hand on several occasions. The team are professional, tenacious and what i like most, they also like to have a good time. Linda was extremely kind and helpful to me, outlining exactly what I needed to do to gain residency in Spain (which can seem like a complicated process; what documents I needed, how to get them, how to organise an appointment...) She even recommended a tax advisor! Her prices are very reasonable compared to other gestors and lawyers in Valencia, so if you've just arrived and need help with the complexities of the system, you should e-mail Linda right away.
